The first MEG project we curated, in its Open-Source, DIY format.
MEG, which stands for ”Micro Experimental Growing” is a technologcial platform developed for Precision Lighting in AgTech applications.
It is a Solid State Lighting asset, completed with control intelligence and interfaces, based on a Variable Spectrum emission over time.
MEG aims to maximize the Photosynthetic Efficiency of a lighting source, at all levels.
Starting from the custom qualitative and quantitative composition of an emissive spectrum, tailored on the specific specie to be treated, to the definition of its variability over the plant’s life cycle – such as the photoperiod lenght and the phases of its growth.
